With over 12 years of experience in the Executive Search Industry and 14 years of global professional experience in major consumer products multinational companies, Patricia combines her expertise and skillset to lead executive search projects including both national and regional engagements. She focuses on the Consumer, Retail, Digital, Industrial and Life Science sectors.

Prior to starting up Leighton Consulting, Patricia worked for two other international executive search firms, leading the Industrial, Consumer, Life Sciences and Energy sectors.

Before entering the executive search industry, Patricia developed her career at Procter & Gamble in Latin America and in the US. She held a number of senior global R&D and marketing positions for the Beauty Care business in Latin America and  the global company headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Earlier in 2002, Patricia returned to Chile to obtain her MBA. During this time, she also worked at DIAGEO as Deputy Marketing Manager and later joined the Tabali Winery/San Pedro Wine Group as Marketing Director.

Patricia holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Simon Bolivar University in Caracas, Venezuela and an MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica in Santiago, Chile.

Patricia has lived and worked in the UK, Latin America, the US and is fluent in English and Spanish.
